Term 1 Adventures in Room 7

What a great start to the year we’ve had in Room 7! So far this term, we’ve been getting active and having a blast with Kelly Sports, learning how to play softball. We’ve been practising our catching, throwing, batting, and working together as a team. It’s been awesome seeing everyone give it a go and improve each week!

Last week, we also had our school picnic at Pt England Reserve. The weather was perfect, and we spent the day playing games, relaxing with our friends, and enjoying the outdoors. It was a great way to connect and have fun as a school.

Check out the video we made to share all the fun and action we’ve had so far this term — the students in Room 7 have been amazing!

Manaiakalani Film Festival – The Missing Teacher

Have you ever wondered what would happen if your teacher went missing?

This year room 10 had a challenge set for them by their teacher! They were asked to create a script idea for our Manaiakalani film festival. We brainstormed our ideas and finally came up with the idea of the missing teacher. We had so much fun filming this movie and learnt a valuable lesson to never take our teachers for granted. We hope you enjoy our movie The Missing Teacher! Please leave us a postive comment on our blog to let us know what you thought of our film.
